1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FOTATEK services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

FOTATEK provides professional web development, design, and IT consulting services including:

• Website Development & Design
• E-Commerce Solutions
• Mobile Application Development
• UI/UX Design Services
• Website Maintenance & Support

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of delivered work. FOTATEK retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

FOTATEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
